Become an Investigator

Thank you for your interest in SyNAPSe, the Phase 3 clinical trial of progesterone for the treatment of severe TBI, sponsored by BHR Pharma, LLC (BHR).

Approximately 140 medical centers are being recruited to enroll nearly 1,200 patients with severe closed-head TBI. Sites will be located in the United States, Europe, Israel, Argentina, and select countries in Asia.

BHR is collaborating on the study with the American Brain Injury Consortium (ABIC) and the European Brain Injury Consortium (EBIC). PRA International is serving as the Contract Research Organization for the trial.
